Behavioral Expectations
You agree to treat other participants, tour guides, and staff with respect and courtesy. Disruptive or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated, and violators may be asked to leave the tour without refund.

By purchasing tickets and attending the tour, you release the tour operator, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability for accidents, injuries, loss, or damage that may occur during the tour, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
Alcohol Consumption
If alcohol is served or consumed during the tour (such as at a winery or restaurant stop), you agree to consume responsibly. You acknowledge that excessive alcohol consumption is prohibited, and any participant deemed to be intoxicated or disruptive may be removed from the tour.
